Do we have clip-on earrings?

Our earrings are designed only for pierced ears, so we do not have clip-on earrings.

Do we make custom orders?

We do not make custom jewelry.

Do we sell precious metal jewelry?

We do not sell precious metal jewelry. Our jewelry is made of metal alloys. You can find all the information about the materials and maintenance of our earrings in the Material Types and Maintenance section.

Does the silicone backing come with the earrings or is it purchased separately?

With each pair of earrings you get a pair of brass backings. You can also purchase silicone backings separately without the earrings.

How is the jewelry packaged?

Our jewelry is packaged in a satin white pouch with the Le Šmuk logo. If you are buying Le Šmuk jewelry as a gift, you can choose a signature Le Šmuk box for an additional fee of 5 €.

Do you only ship within the Republic of Croatia?

Our "šmuksice" (products) are shipped within the Republic of Croatia and selected countries within the European Union.

How long is the delivery time?

We ship our products via GLS delivery service within 4 to 7 working days from the date of order receipt or payment. The delivery time within Croatia is 1-2 working days from the date of package dispatch. The delivery time for countries within the European Union is 2-10 working days.

What is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost within Croatia is 6 €. For all orders above 40 € within Croatia, the shipping is free of charge. The delivery cost for European Union countries varies and the exact shipping fee you can see in the Shopping Cart.

Do we have the option to deliver to parcel lockers?

Our packages are shipped through the GLS courier service, and we do not have the option to choose parcel lockers.

What to do if I haven't received the Gift Card code by email?

Sometimes emails with the Gift Card code might end up in the "spam" or "junk" folder, so please check there first. The Gift Card is valid until it is used and can be applied to any available products on the Le Šmuk website.
