We ship ordered products via the GLS delivery service in the form of packages within 4 to 7 working days from the date of order receipt or payment. In exceptional cases, due to the unavailability of certain products or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take slightly longer than the specified timeframe and you will be notified about it by email.

Delivery is charged according to the price list agreed upon with the courier service, amounting to 5€ for Croatia. For all orders over 32 €, shipping is free within the territory of Croatia. The delivery cost for European Union countries varies and the exact amount can be seen in the Shopping Cart.

If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly state the new price on the website.

Delivery prices are stated with VAT included.

Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of delivery or possible complications related to the delivery process caused by the delivery service.

If the Buyer is not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice with the shipment number and instructions for further steps.

If the Buyer places an order for goods and refuses to accept them, Le Šmuk reserves the right to refuse a refund for the purchase price.

If the Buyer who did not receive the goods places another order through the website www.lesmuk.com, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order, as well as the right to charge for it.

Le Šmuk reserves the right not to ship orders with incorrect/incomplete contact information or orders with an email/phone contact to which nobody responds.
