Returns and Product Replacement

According to the Consumer Protection Act, in the case of distance purchasing (when the goods are not picked up in person but delivered through a delivery service), you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without stating a reason within 14 days from the day of product delivery or from the delivery of the last product in the order.

In the event of unilateral contract termination, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Obligations Act. After the return of the goods, we will refund the amount paid for the products. You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days from the day you announced the unilateral contract termination.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the purchased product resulting from handling the purchased product. The returned product must be undamaged, with appropriate original tags, attachments, and labels.

Please return the product within 14 days of receiving the shipment with the following conditions:

The returned product must not be used and must be packaged in the original packaging with intact tags and labels.

Include the original receipt.

The costs of returning or replacing the goods due to a product defect are borne by Le Šmuk. We will replace the returned goods upon your request or refund the funds to your account.

The costs of returning and/or replacing the goods, except in the case of a product defect, are fully borne by the buyer.

Product Replacement

The buyer can submit a complaint about the product via the email address, and if the complaint is accepted, the buyer bears the cost of postage for returning the product. Products are returned via the GLS delivery service, and collection is made at the address where the product was originally delivered.

The seller is not responsible for any damages and other obligations within the competence of the delivery service but will, in cooperation with them, provide the best possible service to each buyer. If the buyer notices any damage upon receiving the goods, they are obliged to immediately file a complaint with the courier and notify it in writing via the email address

Right to Cancel the Order

Both the Seller (Le Šmuk) and the Buyer have the right to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are shipped for delivery, with a refund of the pre-paid funds. If the Seller (Le Šmuk) is unable to deliver the paid goods for any reason, the buyer will be offered alternative goods, and if the buyer declines, the funds paid will be fully refunded to the buyer.

If the buyer decides to terminate the contract (cancel the order) before the goods are shipped for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days.

If the buyer decides to cancel the order after the goods are shipped for delivery, the refund will be made within 5 (five) working days from the receipt of the returned goods by the buyer, minus the delivery costs.
